Laser-Cut Wood Products
Custom signs, puzzles, ornaments, decorative panels, 3D model kits, tags, and precision components — laser-cut with high accuracy and fine detail. Send us your vector file and we handle the rest.
Precision Laser Cutting for Wood
Our laser cutting equipment delivers clean edges, fine detail, and consistent quality across every production run. We cut, engrave, and assemble wooden products to your exact specifications.
From simple shapes to intricate patterns with 1mm detail, we handle projects of all sizes. Whether you need 500 custom ornaments or 50,000 branded tags, we scale production to match your needs.
Send us your vector file (AI, PDF, SVG, or DXF) and we will review it for cuttability, suggest improvements if needed, and produce samples for your approval.

Laser-Cut Design Considerations
Understanding these technical details helps you prepare better design files and avoid production issues. Our team reviews every file before cutting.
Material Thickness
We cut wood from 2mm to 20mm thick. Thinner materials (3-6mm) are best for ornaments and tags. Thicker materials (10-20mm) work for signs and structural pieces.
Cut Line Width
Minimum cut width is 1mm. Very thin lines can be fragile. We recommend at least 2mm for structural elements and 1.5mm for decorative details.
Engraving Depth
Surface engraving (0.5-1mm) for logos and text. Deep engraving (1-3mm) for 3D effects. Deeper engraving takes longer and costs more per piece.
Burn Marks
Laser cutting leaves a natural dark edge on wood. This is a feature, not a defect. For a cleaner look, we sand edges or apply paint after cutting.
Fragile Details
Intricate patterns with thin bridges need careful design. We review your file and suggest reinforcements if any areas risk breaking during handling.
Material Selection
Birch cuts cleanest with minimal charring. Pine gives a rustic look with more visible burn marks. MDF is best for painted products. We recommend the right material for your design.
Accepted File Formats
We accept vector files for laser cutting. If you don't have a vector file, send us your sketch or reference image and our team will create the cut file for you.
AI / EPS
Adobe Illustrator files. Preferred format — layers help us separate cut lines from engraving areas.
Vector PDF files work well. Ensure lines are vector paths, not raster images embedded in a PDF.
SVG
Scalable Vector Graphics. Great for web-based design tools like Inkscape, Figma, or Canva exports.
DXF / DWG
AutoCAD formats. Common for architectural models and technical drawings. We can work directly from these.
Best Woods for Laser Cutting
Birch is our top recommendation — it cuts clean with minimal charring and has a consistent grain. Ideal for puzzles, ornaments, and precision components.
Pine gives a rustic look with visible burn marks along the cut edge. Popular for signs and decorative pieces where the natural wood character is part of the design.
MDF has uniform density and no grain, making it perfect for painted products. Cuts very cleanly and takes paint evenly.
Bamboo is a sustainable option with clean cuts and a distinctive natural look. Popular for eco-conscious brands.
Quality Control and Export Packaging
Every laser-cut product passes through multi-point quality inspection before packaging. We ensure clean cuts and consistent quality.
Quality Inspection
Dimensional accuracy, edge quality, engraving depth, surface finish, and detail integrity are checked on every piece.
Inner Packaging
Individual wrapping, foam inserts, tissue paper, and protective padding. Fragile pieces get extra protection with bubble wrap.
Export Packaging
Corrugated cartons, export-grade outer boxes, palletized shipping, and container loading with packing lists.
FAQ About Laser-Cut Wood Products
What file format should I send?
Vector files are best: AI, PDF, SVG, or DXF. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway — our team can convert it to a cut-ready vector file for a small design fee.
Can I test a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. We produce 1-3 samples for your approval. Sample lead time is 5-7 working days. Sample cost is $30-100 depending on complexity, and is refunded against your first production order.
How do you ensure edge quality across a large order?
We calibrate laser power and speed for each material before production. Every batch is inspected for edge consistency, dimensional accuracy, and engraving depth. We maintain the same settings throughout your order.
Can you engrave photographs or complex artwork?
Yes. We convert photos to grayscale engravable images. Best results come from high-resolution source images (300+ DPI). We provide a test engrave for approval before production.
How do you handle fragile or intricate designs?
We review every design file before production. If we see fragile areas, we suggest design modifications or add reinforcement bridges. We also optimize cutting order to minimize heat exposure on delicate parts.
